How It Works:

Residents & Guests
Always free. Always elevated. They never pay to participate.

Luxury Buildings & Venues
Never pay. We select buildings based on vibe, audience, and visual potential. They apply to host.

Feature Brands (Celebrity-Owned or High-End)
Don’t pay. Selected brands are invited to appear as our signature feature, with a limited number of free activations. In exchange, they agree to promote Lux-Era experience on social media.

Local Sponsors (Paying Brands)
These are emerging or established local businesses that want to be seen next to high-end names in luxury spaces. Sponsorships start at $500 and include:
• Promotion
• High-end photos + short video content
• On-site visibility
• Access to two luxury location activations of your choice

Apply First – All brands and buildings must apply. This ensures alignment with the Lux-Era vibe.

Approval Process – We review each application to protect the integrity of the experience.

Pay-to-Participate (for sponsors only) – Once approved, paying sponsors receive weekly location options as new buildings are added.

Promote & Pop-Up – On activation day, sponsors show up, get filmed/photographed, and connect directly with luxury audiences. All brands are expected to promote Lux-Era on their socials to maintain visibility and exclusivity.
